1. INTRODUCTION
Hostaffin ("Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
2. NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT (DMCA TAKE-DOWN)
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located (URLs are required).
- Your contact information (Address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you receive a notice that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Dhaka, Bangladesh if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
5. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Hostaffin maintains a "three-strike" policy for repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are the subject of multiple valid infringement notices. Decisions regarding termination are made in our sole discretion.
6. TRADEMARK COMPLAINTS
While the DMCA applies specifically to copyright, Hostaffin also respects trademark rights. If you have a trademark dispute, please email [email protected] with the relevant details of your mark and the alleged infringement.
7. LIMITATION ON ASSISTANCE
As a service provider, Hostaffin cannot provide legal advice or mediate disputes between third parties. We act solely in accordance with the legal procedures outlined above.
