1. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

At Hostaffin, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the hosting fees paid.

Exclusions: This guarantee applies only to the first service purchased by a new client. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Certain services are non-refundable due to their nature and the costs incurred by Hostaffin to third-party providers:

  • Domain Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals: Once a domain is registered, it cannot be "un-registered".
  • SSL Certificates: Issued by third-party Certificate Authorities.
  • VPS and Dedicated Servers: Due to the resources allocated and setup time.
  • Software Licenses: (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed, WHMCS).
  • Administrative/Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees or custom work fees.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to volatility and transaction fees, payments made via Crypto are strictly non-refundable.

3. CANCELLATION PROCESS

Customers may cancel their services at any time through the Client Area. Cancellation requests are processed in two ways:

  • Immediate: Service is terminated immediately, and all data is deleted.
  • End of Billing Period: Service remains active until the end of the current paid term.

Please note that simply stopping payment or letting an invoice expire does not constitute a formal cancellation request. You must submit a request via the Client Area.

4. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unable to accept the refund (e.g., expired card), the refund will be issued as Account Credit. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Opening a dispute with a payment processor (e.g., PayPal Dispute) or a credit card chargeback before contacting Hostaffin support will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of all services associated with your account. We reserve the right to report chargeback fraud to relevant credit agencies and legal authorities.

6. POLICY FOR ABUSE TERMINATION

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are not eligible for any refund, regardless of when the violation occurred.
